Francisco has a background in technology and holds a degree in Business Informatics. He emigrated from Brazil at 17 and became a digital nomad at 21, having already visited over 30 countries across 4 continents. He specializes in Free Trade Zones and Charter Cities and serves as an ambassador for the Free Cities Foundation and Director of Internationalization at Adrianople Group, a business intelligence firm focused on special jurisdictions.
Raphaël Lima is an entrepreneur and founder of Ideias Radicais, the largest freedom activism network in Portuguese, with over 640,000 subscribers on YouTube. Through IR, he travels to other countries to bring the best public policy proposals to Brazil. He is also an ambassador for the Free Cities Foundation and Executive Director of the Instituto Livre Mercado, which provides support for free-market policies in Brazil.
Christoph is a digital nomad, entrepreneur, sailor, and inveterate traveler born in 1990 who has visited over 190 countries. He is the founder of the Staatenlos network, to which Settee belongs. Through his content, he shares the knowledge he gains from his travels and research with his audience, always in search of the best opportunities for his clients.

Where did Settee come from and what has our journey been like so far?

Christoph Heuermann is a digital nomad, entrepreneur, sailor, and inveterate traveler born in 1990 who has visited over 190 countries.
In 2015, he began offering his consulting services and hasn't stopped since. By mid-2018, his consultations had already helped over 800 people of all nationalities and backgrounds to live without borders or optimize their taxes.
Since then, Christoph has written several books and become a regular speaker at digital nomad conferences.
Settee in Portuguese began in 2020 through a partnership between Raphaël Lima, Francisco Litvay, and Christoph. Our goal now is to share all this experience with the entire Portuguese-speaking world.
Who is Settee for?
From a practical standpoint, Settee was built for entrepreneurs, freelancers, investors, and traders who are tired of the excessive regulation, taxes, and bureaucracy in our home countries. It is also for those who want to protect their assets from the state and other threats.
But we don't stop there. From a moral and principled standpoint, it is for families who want to raise their children in freedom; for travelers and nomads who do not believe in borders and want to live as citizens of the world.

Settee is not for people looking to evade taxes illegally (we don't see that as necessary or smart), create pyramid schemes, or deceive others. What you will find here are legal ways to optimize your taxes, life, and business, without deceiving or stealing from anyone, and, of course, without committing any crimes.
